Menstrual Cup

For whom?

Menstrual cups offer a sustainable, no-strings alternative to tampons for people experiencing periods.

How?

Fold the cup in half and insert it into the vagina as you would a tampon (as always, lube is your friend here). Once the cup is a few inches from the mouth of the cervix, rotate it so it opens up and creates a leakproof seal. It can stay in place for 6–12 hours depending on flow. To remove, pinch the base to break the seal, and pull out the cup.

And

Menstrual cups are reusable, making them both more eco-friendly and cheaper than disposable period products.
